Medicinal Herbs

I went through some articles recently and I would like to share some valuable information to the good of mankind…

The common used herbs and its benefits to us…..

Medicinal Herbs

Ephedra:
Also known as Ma Huang, Sea Grape, Yellow Horse and Popotillo. Widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Feverfew:
An aromatic herb that once used as traditional remedy for fevers and gynecological problems. Also known as feather foil.

Balm:

Common name for a fragrant and Mint (perennial herb).

Hyssop:
Common name for any of a genus of small perennial herbs (Mint)

Lemon Balm:
A culinary and medicinal herb; member of the mint family. Also known as bee herb or sweet balm.

Basil:
Basil is a sweet herb used for fragrance and as a seasoning for food. Basil is a common name for any of a genus of plants of the mint family.

Wild Bergamot:
A culinary herb; a member of the mint family.

Wild Chamomile:
A culinary herb with daisy like flowers that are dried and brewed as a soothing tea reputed to aid indigestion, calm muscle spasms.

Chervil:
Common name for an aromatic annual herb of the parsley family.


These are only some of them, I’ll get more herbs information so we could share together not just for the good of human health care but also for knowledge..
